WELCOME!

I am the owner and operator at Kinetic Sports Therapy & Rehab, LLC. I started my personal therapeutic journey at 1 year old. I was born with a congenital condition in my feet that didn’t allow me to place my feet flat on the floor. After years of orthopedic devices in my legs and structural changes, my legs seemed to be straight and my feet functional. However, this left me with weakened knees that along with jumping sports, created many injuries throughout my years of athletic activity. These experiences led me to find ways to help myself and others through Manual Therapy, Corrective Exercises, Nutrition and Movement Therapies.
